Specific to K-12 schools, colleges, and universities that are subject to Title IX, Ms. Wang has extensive training and expertise in providing Title IX compliance services, including prompt, impartial, objective, and unbiased Title IX investigations and adjudications; serving as a Title IX process advisor; conducting informal resolutions; interim Title IX administration staffing; and, consulting and training for Title IX administrators. ANTI-DISCRIMINATION, TITLE VI, TITLE VII, AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT INVESTIGATIONS, TRAINING, AND CONSULTING
Ms. Wang provides investigations, training, and consulting for schools and workplaces on sexual harassment and anti-discrimination as defined in a school or workplace policy. Training and consulting topics include policy and practice, bias and sexual harassment prevention education, trauma-informed and culturally appropriate investigations, report writing, and more.
